At Empowered by Modesty, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help with our returns and refund policy.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Unwashed, with all original tags and packaging attached.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at empoweredbymodesty1610@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide further instructions on how to send the item(s) back. PLEASE NOTE THE COST OF RETURN SHIPPING IS TO BE PAID BY CUSTOMER.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at empoweredbymodesty1610@gmail.com and provide details of the issue along with photos, if applicable. We will guide you through the process of exchanging your product for the same item or another item of equal value.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or an error was made on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please:

Check your bank or credit card account again.

Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is posted.
